Payment processing
When will my order will get shipped?
For prepaid orders, your order will be released for fulfilment after recieving the payment.
For customers with a payment term, your order will be released after checked by the sales team.
Please note: Processing your payment via bank transfer takes appr 3 extra days to process your order.
VAT Reclaim
After fulfilment, you receive the invoice via email with our VAT number on it. For German orders, they are shipped from Germany wiht the German VAT number, For Dutch orders, use the Dutch VAT number to reclaim.

How to order?
1. Select the desired products from your catalog and add it to the cart.
2. Accept the terms & conditions and go to check out.
3. Choose payment option and place order.
4. You receive an order confirmation by email.
5. You receive the invoice by email after your order is fulfilled.
