This varies between 2 and 5 working days. Fill in the contact form with your questions about the delivery of your order. And you will receive an answer within 48 hours.
Discounts apply when your quantity goes up. The more products, the more benefit! You will see your volume discount directly in the check out. It is settled automatically when you pay.
If you order more than 100 products and pay immediately we can reserve products for you and deliver them later at your doorstep. If you order less and/or do not pay immediately, we are not able to reserve products for you. Please fill in our contact form to receive more information. We will answer within 48 hours. Note: we cannot deliver big B2B orders on Monday or Tuesday and can only give you an indication which week, not which day specifically.
You could order a Stoov® product in our business store and possibly return this within 30 days (returns are not free of charge due to sustainability reasons). Fill in our contact form if you want to order more than 100 products and you want to try it out first.
